Privacy statement.

Without your consent we load no analytics, no ad networks and no content from other parties: fonts and images come from our own server. Our server processes technically necessary data, such as your IP address, to show the site and prevent abuse. We keep that data no longer than needed.

We only set functional cookies when you make a choice yourself. 'consent' remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics, for six months; after that we ask again. 'locale' remembers a language you pick with the language switch, for a year, and only contains 'nl' or 'en'. Neither is used to follow you. Your browser's localStorage keeps 'theme' to remember whether you picked light or dark yourself, only while that differs from your device setting; it never leaves your browser.

Only if you click Accept in the cookie notice do we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: which parts they read, where they click and where they leave. Clarity makes heatmaps and session recordings for this. What you type in forms is masked and not recorded, and we never link anything to your name or email address. Clarity sets the cookies _clck (about a year) and _clsk (about a day). The legal basis is your consent. Clarity is a service of Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.; data may go to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See also Microsoft’s privacy statement. You withdraw your consent through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. After that we no longer load Clarity and remove its cookies.

When you request a demo, we process your name, your restaurant's name, your email address and, if you fill them in, your phone number, city and message. Your IP address is also used briefly to block too many requests in a row.

We only use this data to contact you about a demo and answer your questions. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@tablena.app.

Your request is not stored in a database. It only arrives as an email in our mailbox. We keep that email while we are in touch with you and delete it at the latest twelve months after our last contact, or sooner if you ask. The abuse counters forget your IP address within an hour.

The email with your request is sent through Resend, from their region in the European Union. Resend only processes the data on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. The website runs on Hetzner servers in the European Union. With your consent we use Microsoft Clarity, see above. We do not sell your data and share it with no one else.

You may access, correct or delete your data, withdraw your consent and object. Email hello@tablena.app for any of these; we reply within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

The site only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form goes from our server straight to the mailbox. Without your consent for analytics, your browser talks to no other party.

If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this statement. The date of the latest version is at the top.
