From Naples to Haarlem
Vincenzo was born in Naples, lived in Verona and now makes pizza on Amsterdamsevaart. At the pizzeria, the dough ferments for 24 to 48 hours. Guests can order pizza for takeaway or delivery.
Setting up ordering for the pizzeria
The restaurant’s menu, branding, opening hours and delivery settings were transferred into Tablena. The menu includes classic, vegetarian and vegan pizzas. Preparation also covers what happens after an order arrives, from the kitchen ticket to the handoff to the driver.
